Alloy Rod

Cobalt base rod

The company uses an advanced technology to produce continuously cast rods of cobalt. The sizes include 2.5,2.7, 3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 5.0, 6.4 and 8.0 mm. These alloy rods have not only chemial uniformity but also low impurities. Their weld puddles have good flow-ability desired by a variety of weld overlaying processes to make high quality and low porosity overlays. The alloy rods have smooth surface and uniform diameter for easy feeding. The length can be supplied as requested. The rods are especially suitable for oxyaccetylene and tungsten inert gas (TIG or GTAW) welding.

Hardfacing Tube Wire

The company supplies iron base tubular wires of diameters from 1.2 to 5.0 mm with filler content over 15% for hardfacing applications. The alloy series, categorized by microstructure, include Martensitic alloy steels, Martensitic stainless steels, high-chromium cast irons, and tungsten carbide products. The wires have uniform filler consistency and small diameter variance. The joints in the wires have high strength and smoothness to allow trouble-free stable feeding. The wires are suitable for use in submerged arc, open arc, metal-inert gas (MIG or GMAW) welding as well as oxyaccetylene welding. These wires have excellent weldability with minimal spattering, high alloy recovery, resulting in neat, good-looking welds. These wires have applications in a variety of industries including metallurgical, mining, and power generation for resisting wear, corrosion and high temperature degradation.
