Cobalt base rod

We have three sets of advanced horizontal continuous casting lines to produce cobalt-based and nickel-based bare rods with diameter from 2.5 to 8.0omm. Our products can be manufactured with consistent chemical composition, less impurity and smooth surface.Customer can choose the length freely. Applicable processes are including OFW or GTAW, TIG etc. Rods straightening processing were added in order to coordinate the GTAW automatic welding. Cobalt-based bare rods are the popular materials of hardfacing. The surfacing layers have good performance of corrosion-resistance, heat-resistance and wear-resistance.
